Selfish vs Selfless

II Corinthians 9:6 NKJV
[6] But this I  say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.
One of the most powerful Kingdom principles that clearly explain the law of sowing and reaping is found in Luke‬ ‭6‬:‭38‬ ‭NKJV, which says, “Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.” Sow often—reap often. Sow sparingly—reap sparingly. Sow freely—reap freely. Sow frequently—reap frequently.
The Amplified Version puts it this way, “Give, and [gifts] will be given to you; good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over, will they pour into [the pouch formed by] the bosom [of your robe and used as a bag]. For with the measure you deal out [with the measure you use when you confer benefits on others], it will be measured back to you.” Luke‬ ‭6‬:‭38‬ ‭AMPC‬‬.‭
Those who are selfless choose to sow. God causes those who sow to reap bountifully. Those who are selfish withhold seed for they choose to sow sparingly. The selfish also reap sparingly.
The Message Bible puts it this way, “Give away your life; you’ll find life given back, but not merely given back—given back with bonus and blessing. Giving, not getting, is the way. Generosity begets generosity.” Luke‬ ‭6‬:‭37‬-‭38‬ ‭MSG‬‬. For with the same measure you sow it's the same measure that will be given back to you.
