Before His Throne

[9] After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, with palm branches in their hands, [10] and crying out with a loud voice, saying, “Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!” 

The Bible gives us a peek into a powerful moment at what’s to come. Revelation 7:9 teaches us that all nations, from every age of the Earth—a great multitude, from every generation, which no man could number and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before His Throne, and before the Lamb.

The Lord God, the Creator of all—sits on the Throne of all time. No one succeeds Him. No one outranks Him. No one defeats Him. Heaven bows to Him. Heaven obeys His Voice. For He is Holy and there is no one like Him.

When you stand before Him what will you say? When you stand before His Throne what will you do? When you bow before Him—what will you say to the Creator of Heaven and Earth? When You come before His Throne—what will you do?

He is the King of kings. He is the Lord of lords. Ruler of all ages. Heaven is His Throne and the Earth is His footstool. When you come before His Presence—how will your spirit respond?

He is the exalted King. King of all eternity. He is Undefeated. There is no comparison to our Holy King. He is the Lamb who sits upon the Throne. He is the Only Wise and True King. For His Throne reigns forever. Heaven is His Throne and the Earth is His footstool.

Multitudes will bow to Him forever. Every generation—from all nations—from every age surrenders to Him. For there is no one like Him. There is no one like our Great King. For His Throne is Everlasting. His Throne reigns forever. He is Holy. He is Righteous. He is Magnificent. He is Everlasting.

He wants to sit upon the throne of your heart. He wants to reign upon every aspect of your life. For He wants your whole heart. Exodus‬ ‭20‬:‭3‬ NKJV ‬‬ declares, “You shall have no other gods before Me.”

He wants your attention. He wants your whole heart. He wants you to serve Him and Him alone. Exodus‬ ‭20‬:‭4-5 declares “You shall not make for yourself a carved image—any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth; [5] you shall not bow down to them nor serve them. For I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate Me,”

He doesn’t want you serving or worshipping any other god. Any other idol. Any other alter or graven image. For He stands alone. His Throne is everlasting and stands forever.
