Worship In Spirit And Truth

‭John 4:24 NKJV‬
[24] God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”

Lay prostrate before God. Worship Him. Humble yourself before Him. Get over yourself. Let your ego go. Let pride die in His Presence. Let haughtiness be crushed in His Presence and cast your crown at His feet. ‭‭Revelation 4:10-11 NKJV‬
[10] the twenty-four elders fall down before Him who sits on the throne and worship Him who lives forever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying: [11] “You are worthy, O Lord, To receive glory and honor and power; For You created all things, And by Your will they exist and were created.”

Choose to practice now and surrender your crown, your gifts, talents and abilities to God. For all of eternity we will cast our God-given crowns at His feet as an act of adoration, honor and power. For all eternity, we shall worship Christ. Worship is a choice. Surrendering is a choice. Choose to obey God.

According to Strong’s Concordance, the Greek word for “Worship” is, ‘proskyneō’ (G4352) which means, “To kneel or to lay prostrate, to show homage (to one) or make obeisance, whether in order to express respect or to make supplication.” Who do you yield your members to? What do you surrender your body to? Who do you worship? What do you worship? Who has your heart? What has your heart?

Choose to worship God. Keep, guard and protect His Commandments within the borders of your heart. Worship the One who created you. Worship the One who created your spirit. Worship the One who gives sight to the blind. Worship the One who raises the dead. Worship the One who gives life. Surrender to the One who breaks bondages. Let Christ raise you up in Him and give you new life. Choose to honor God.
